What are your store operating hours?
Follett Campus Store until June 18:
- Monday to Thursday: 9 am – 2 pm
- Friday: 9 am – 12:30 pm
- Hours may change.

What is the deadline to place online orders for Summer 2025 classes?
The final day to place online orders through Follett’s website is Monday, June 9, 2025. After that, no new online orders can be placed. Previously placed orders can still be picked up.
Can I still buy books in person after June 9?
Yes, if materials are still in stock, in-person purchases can be made at the campus Follett store until Thursday, June 18, 2025, the store’s final day of operation.
What if I need books between June 19 and July 8?
Course materials can be purchased through third-party vendors such as Amazon or Brytewave.redshelf.com.
When will Barnes & Noble College Bookstore begin service?
Barnes & Noble College Bookstore will begin serving Irvine Valley College students on Tuesday, July 9, 2025.
How do I know what books I need?
Check your syllabus. You may also email ivcbookstore@ivc.edu with your syllabus or course information for assistance.
Will my course materials be digital or physical?
- If available digitally, that version will be used—no shipping or in-store visit required.
- If digital versions are unavailable, printed materials will be provided.
How do I order Course Materials from Saddleback College using my voucher?
Email ivcbookstore@ivc.edu with course details, ticket number, and textbook info.
How can I pay for my books?
- Online orders (before June 9) accept debit/credit, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, and Zip.
- After June 9, payments must be made in person at the store.
When will my order be ready?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours. A pickup notification will be sent. If someone else is picking it up, they need the notification. Track your order using your 8950000 order number via “Order Status” on the store site.
Have I been charged?
Charges are only applied once your order is processed and ready.
Where is my access code?
- Digital codes: Sent by email within 24 hours. Check your Order Details.
- Physical codes: Picked up or shipped as requested.
Can I get a refund if I don’t need a book anymore?
- Digital materials: Refundable within 14 days if under 10% accessed.
- Loose-leaf and opened access cards: Non-refundable.
- Refund deadline for Summer 2025: Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
Why was my order canceled?
Most cancellations are due to payment issues. You can place a new order with updated payment info.
Who do I contact for help during the transition?
From July 9 onward, Barnes & Noble College Bookstore staff will be available to assist and direct Summer 2025 questions to Follett as needed.
