Our center offers 30 mins to 1 hour appointments. Students must have an IVC student number. Please see below for appointment details:

• Appointments are scheduled at 8 am daily (Monday - Friday) during our business hours and scheduled 7 days in advance. For example, if a student calls on a Wednesday, we will book open appointments through the following Wednesday.
• Transcript Evaluation: These appointments are only for evaluating transcript(s) that are not Irvine Valley College or Saddleback College. Students are required to have an IVC or Saddleback College Student ID# and sent their official transcripts, preferably electronically, to Irvine Valley College prior to booking the appointment. IVC Admissions and Records may take one week to process the transcripts.

Providing Transcripts to Irvine Valley College: Please see your institution’s Admissions or Registrar’s website on how to official transcript(s). Students can also search by entering their institution’s name followed by official transcripts. Example: UC San Diego official transcripts.

Articulation is the process that links the curriculum between community colleges and universities so that students can transfer from a community college to a university without experiencing a delay or duplication of coursework.
