Support For Your Transfer to a Four-Year University
Our Transfer Center staff are here to help you learn about important transfer information, requirements, and processes so you can increase your ability to transfer to the four-year university.
To assist in this effort, we strive to provide comprehensive transfer information, services, and activities including admissions requirements and deadlines; transfer resources (online and in print); transfer workshops; transfer application assistance; university campus tours; transfer counseling appointments; and university representative appointments. Fall College Fair (In-Person)
Wednesday, November 6 | 10 am - 1 pm | SSC Quad
If interested in attending, please complete our Interest Form.
Representatives from over 40+ colleges and universities will be on campus to answer all your transfer questions! We encourage staff, faculty, and students to wear college apparel! Students will be entered in an opportunity raffle upon QR code check-in, on the day of the event.
Transfer Counseling Drop-In
Transfer Center Drop-ins offered 10 - 15 minutes worth of quick questions in-person or virtually. This is on a first come, first serve basis.

Our Open House is on Tuesday, September 24 from 11 am - 2 pm.
Drop-hours will be cancelled.

Designated times and dates below are for Application Labs to assist with CSU/UC Application questions for 10 - 15 mins:
Zoom Application Lab (Mondays): Sept. 30 | Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28 | Nov. 4

Application Labs: Students can join anytime in between the time frames as there will be multiple counselors to assist with your application questions. Note: In-person (SSC, 230) application labs, students will sign-in day of.

Transfer Counseling Appointment Scheduling
For Fall 2024, we will start booking 30 min appointments beginning Monday, August 12 to book for the following Monday, August 19.
Providing Transcripts to Irvine Valley College: Please see your institution’s Admissions or Registrar’s website on how to official transcript(s). Students can also search by entering their institution’s name followed by official transcripts. Example: UC San Diego official transcripts.
