The Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education program offers a number of additional services for EOPS single parents who are receiving TANF cash aid assistance. This program was designed to promote self-sufficiency through education and training.

Eligibility
- 18 years of age or older
- Single parent, head of household
- Enrolling in 9 or more units in spring/fall semester
- Currently receiving CalWORKs/TANF cash aid for yourself and/or your child
- EOPS eligible (financial and educational disadvantage)
