Fast Friday

Complete "Step 2" all in ONE day!

Attend one Fast Friday to complete Step 2 in the Steps to Become an IVC Student. Fast Friday participants will complete Advisement, Orientation, develop a First Semester Plan, tour the campus, and have the opportunity to interact with current IVC students, faculty, and staff. Lunch will be served!

Fast Friday is from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm (all students are required to attend the entire time).

Completing ALL the Steps to Become an IVC Student are required prior to registering for courses. To assist you in completing your steps efficiently, attend one of the Fast Friday. In ONE Friday, you can complete Steps 4-6 (advisement, first semester plan, and orientation). Here is what you can expect from this one day:

• Fast Friday is only for students who have NOT completed their advisement or orientation. Students are required to participate in the ENTIRE day.

Reminders:

Students that sign up for Fast Friday are required to participate in the ENTIRE day. If you're unable to attend the entire time on any of the Fast Friday dates, please visit the Steps to Become an IVC Student to view alternative ways to complete placement and advisement.

TO QUALIFY FOR FRESHMAN ADVANTAGE early registration time, you must complete all the Steps to Become an IVC Student by Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

Fast Friday is one way to complete advisement and orientation. Advisement and orientations are also offered throughout the week on the IVC campus, online, and on-site at designated local high schools.
